The Euro Club Membership is valid for one city for consecutive calendar days and is non-refundable/ non- transferable.
Airport or Train Station Pick-Up
You will be met at the airport or train station in your selected city and escorted to your Hotel.
One-on-one Introductions
AFA bilingual Matchmakers will perform up to 2 one-on-one introductions per day in your selected city. The matchmaker who will be assisting you will have your personal information and work with you to assess your dating preferences, expectations, and other important aspects about you. Your assistant matchmaker will call each woman and brief her on who is wishing to meet with her and then check any requirements you may have, such as English level, career preferences, children or no children, etc. If the introduction is satisfactory to both parties the office will set the time for the meeting.
On-going Introductions for 7, 10 or 14 days
You will be asked to provide a list of 30 to 40 women whom you feel you would like to meet during your Club experience. Although we cannot guarantee that all or even any of the women on your list will be available to meet with you during the time you are there, our matchmakers will do their very best to arrange dates with the women on your list. Our Matchmakers also know many of the women registered on the site, and once they get to know you, they can make additional recommendations on women that they feel would be a great match for you, beyond just the women you expected to meet.
Fiancee Visa package ($93.45 value, US citizens only)
The Fiancee Visa package is a step by step guide designed to help you successfully and correctly complete the paperwork necessary to submit to the INS for your fiancee's visa. It is a must have reference if you are considering taking a spouse from a foreign country.

In the eventuality that you file a K1 Finacee Visa application you will want to be assured that your petition and eventual interview comply with IMBRA law. The introduction services that you receive will meet United States Federal Violence Against Women's Act IMBRA section.
The US Violence Against Women's Act, International Marriage Brokers Regulation Act section of 2005 requires that all clients wishing to obtain matchmaking services must first complete a voluntary marital and criminal background registration form. This information will be made available to all women to whom you meet prior to any introduction services being preformed and the physical evidence of that compliance will be kept on file by AFA.
Club Membership is valid for one city for a 7, 10, or 14 consecutive calendar day term and is non-refundable/ non- transferable. Club Membership is city specific and may nobe applied to multiple cities, nor does it include introductions to women from outside the specific Club city. Introductions may not be cumulatively collected, staff will do their best to arrange UP TO 2 introductions per day, however the number of daily and total introductions for any given Club is dependent on several factors, including the number of women you would like to meet, the availably of you as well as the women you desire to meet etc. Therefore, the number of introductions on any given Club can and will vary. The office is available to our Club members during regular working hours, not including holidays.
Each office in each country closes for different holidays, we advise that you check with our US office to be sure there are no local holidays during your stay. If a holiday does occur during your stay it will not count as one of your 7 days as far as introductions are concerned. Normally we do not allow Clubs during the same time that a Group tour is in progress in the same city. On special circumstances, exceptions to this policy are possible, however there will be an additional fee for any Clubs that are conducted while a group tour is in progress.
We do our best to conduct all the initial introductions in a location you desire such as a preferred venue, restaurant, café or other neutral location, however certain circumstances, such as the woman’s preferences, may necessitate the introduction be held at a location more convenient or preferred by the woman. In many cases an interpreter may be necessary, especially on the first date. The English level (poor, fair, good etc) indicated on the profile is an approximation and solely the judgment of the woman herself. In most cases even if the English level is listed as fair or good there is a good chance that the woman may need a translator for at least the first date and possibly subsequent dates. If you would rather not have the same person also act as the interpreter please let us know and we will provide a third party for any required interpreting. If the woman does require an interpreter, one will be provided for you, normally at a cost of $20-$30 per hour (Dependent on the country). We do not allow outside or private interpreters on the first date. For subsequent dates, if an interpreter is necessary, it is up to you and the woman as to which interpreter you would like to use. Keep in mind that although these women may have knowledge of English, regardless of the level, they do not speak it daily, and may have not spoken it in months or years, thus are often not comfortable meeting the first time without some assistance, some women also have security concerns and may like an interpreter present for support. At the Conclusion of your time period for the Club (7, 10, or 14 days), if you would like the office to continue to provide assistance for you, additional fees will apply.
The Cub can be rescheduled one time at no additional fee. All additional date changes are $75 each. A nominal cancellation fee of $500 will be incurred in case of the reservation being cancelled more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 14 days to 3 days prior to arrival, a fee of $750 will be incurred, 3 days or less before arrival a fee of $1000 will be incurred.
I want express My thanks to the office In Kiev, for a wonderful tour. all the staff in Kiev: Anna, Sevtlana, Anna, Olga and Andrew were excellent. Sevtlana met me at the airport and for the entire trip made sure that had a wonderful tour. Sevta help when I got lost the first and second day, she always answered her phone and made sure I found my way home.Anna( the translator )also went beyond her way to help me with my dates and translations . The ladies I met were quality people,(good folks) and made all the appointments. I can't imagine what more they could have done.!! I've used other agencies but The staff and program of Foreign Affair is far beyond the other agencies, from the time of arrival till the departure everyone makes sure you are taken care for. even after the tour they contact you. I plan to return again in the summer.

Q: If I want (or need) to change (or cancel) my tour date, is there any penalty? Is it refundable?There is NORMALLY no penalty as long as you change your reservation at least 35 days or more prior to the departure date. The Open Tour Reservation is non-refundable and must be used within 3 years from the date of placement. (Open Tour Reservations in excess of three years may still be redeemed for full value at the option of AFA).
Airfare is not included for any of the tours offered by AFA, clients are responsible for arranging their own airfare. In any case the $475.00 deposit is not a deposit for any air or land transportation, but a deposit to be applied to a future AFA tour.
Tour prices and destinations are subject to change. The price of the "Open Reservation Tour" is dependent on which tour the client chooses in the future. The full $475.00 deposit will be deducted from the published price of the tour the client chooses.
Since the $95 initial Platinum Membership fee is offered for free with your reservation, it is NOT credited towards your Platinum tour savings credits UNLESS, in the event, you are already a Platinum member prior to making your reservation and have already paid the intial $95 fee.
